Appointment Scheduling

Before booking, check your schedule, travel distance, service duration, price, and availability, and make sure to add a card on file. Read the service description carefully and choose the right service. If you’re unsure, schedule a consultation. Last-minute changes won’t be allowed if the service duration is longer than the originally booked one. Confirmations will be sent via email and text, with reminders 2 hours before your appointment. If no availability is listed on busy days, join the waitlist. *Note: We do not offer services for children under 11 years old.

Consultations:

Schedule a 15-minute consultation for personalized hair recommendations and an in-depth hair and scalp analysis. During the session, services will be reviewed, and it’s encouraged to bring reference pictures. All questions will be addressed as part of the $15 consultation fee.

Early Arrival Policy

Thank you for arriving early, but appointments will begin at the scheduled time. Please avoid knocking or banging on the salon’s glass door if you arrive early. The salon maintains a quiet environment, and loud banging is not allowed as it can disturb other businesses. Arrive on time, and the stylist will greet the client when the appointment begins, not before.

Late Appointment Policy

Grace period of 15-minutes for clients who may be running behind. At 15 minutes a late fee of $15 will apply and the client can still be serviced. After this time the appointment will be canceled by the stylist.

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

After the cutoff time, clients will be charged 50% of the service price for no-shows and late same-day cancellations. Make sure to check your schedule before booking appointments. In case of emergencies, contact the salon directly. All fees must be paid before scheduling future appointments.

No Show Policy

Client will be charged 50% of the service price for no show appointments.

Payments/Fees/Refunds

Cash, Cash App, Square, and Apple Pay are accepted with a $4 processing fee, and a receipt will be provided. All payments are required at the conclusion of the service. No Refunds

No Guest /No Pets Policy

Please come alone to all appointments. We are a private salon suite and do not allow guest including children. No pets are allowed at anytime.

Right To Refuse Service

While visiting Aspiring Beauty Salon we strive to give the client the best experience possible. Please be considerate and respectful of the stylist and their space. Any rude, disrespectful, harassing, threatening, or inappropriate behavior won’t be tolerated. Such actions will lead to the immediate cancellation of appointments, and clients will be asked to leave. Non-compliance may result in being blocked from future bookings and legally banned from the salon.

Disclosure Policy

If you have any issues, report them to the salon within 48 hours. Schedule a consultation and follow-up visit within a week for a free redo. Take photos if needed, and consult a doctor if necessary. The salon must document all incidents, and Aspiring Beauty Salon isn’t responsible for any occurrences or damages that aren’t documented. By booking, you agree to address all concerns directly with your stylist.
