During the consultation we will discuss:

• Evaluate the health of your scalp and hair.
• Describe your lifestyle and hair care regimen.
• Share suggestions for products, services and price.
• Address any questions you may have.
• Assist in selecting the most suitable services.
• For color services, it is advisable to assess the hair and scalp condition prior to selecting any salon color options. Highlights and full color transformations, in particular, should be evaluated in person. While all consultation options can be discussed, guarantees cannot be provided over the phone or via text.

2. Phone Consultations or Video consultations:

You can easily connect with a stylist without stepping into the salon. Just call to arrange a call back or video chat, and you’ll receive a link on your phone. Once payment is complete, the stylist will get in touch to start the consultation. Be ready—the stylist will give you two calls.

During the call/video consultation we will discuss

• Recommendation’s on product and hair.
• Discuss services, pricing and the condition of the hair.
• Send clear pictures or use video in a well lit area.
• Answer any questions the client may have.
• Appointment can be scheduled at the end of the consultation.
