SERVICES

CONSULTATION:

The best way to communicate with a stylist is to bring picture inspirations and discuss personalized hair recommendations. Ask questions about the services offered and request a thorough analysis of the client’s scalp and hair.

TREATMENTS:

  1. Deep conditioning treatments: start with shampooing the hair, followed by applying a hydrating mask. A plastic cap is placed over the hair to lock in moisture, and it’s left to process for 15 to 20 minutes. This is offered as an add-on service.
  2. Scalp Treatment: A sea breeze astringent is applied directly to the scalp as a pre-shampoo to remove product buildup and dandruff, effectively cleansing the area. The hair is then shampooed, followed by the application of a moisturizing conditioner to both the scalp and hair. This is offered as an add-on service.
  3. Detangle Treatment: This service is provided when detangling requires more than one hour, typically for severely tangled hair. The process may be lengthy and can be declined depending on the time needed for completion. Pricing is calculated on an hourly basis.

STYLING:

  1. Wash & Go: The hair is shampooed and conditioned, allowing the client to either air dry naturally or relax under a dryer..
  2. Wash & Go with Blow Dry: Hair is shampooed and conditioned, followed by a blow dry using a hair dryer. Styling services are not included.
  3. Roller-set: The hair is shampooed, conditioned, rolled, and set under a dryer. The curls can be left intact for a defined style or wrapped to achieve a fuller, more voluminous appearance.
  4. Silk Wrap: Hair is shampooed and conditioned, carefully molded, and placed under a dryer, followed by light styling with a flat iron.
  5. Silk Blowout: Hair is shampooed and conditioned, then round-brushed straight using a blow dryer. It is either flat ironed for a sleek finish or body curled for added volume, then wrapped and placed under the dryer for 5 minutes to lock in moisture. Finally, the hair is unwrapped and styled to perfection.
  6. Silk Press: Designed for thicker hair textures, the process begins with shampooing and conditioning. The hair is then dried using a paddle brush, while a hot comb is applied to smooth the roots. A flat iron is subsequently used to straighten and style the remaining hair.
  7. Flat iron styling involves using a flat iron to straighten hair or create body curls. (Styling only)
  8. Updos: The hair is shampooed, conditioned, and blow-dried. It is then straightened and styled away from the neck, incorporating pin curls and twists.
  9. Wand curls: Soft, wavy curls achieved using a wand curler. (Styling only)

HAIR CUTS:

  1. Trim: Cutting less than 2 inches of hair.
  2. Cut: Cutting more than 2 inches of hair, with the option to include layers.
  3. Clipper Cut (Women Only): A precise technique using clippers to create and define short hairstyles.

COLOR:

  1. Semi-permanent color is a temporary option for changing hair color, requiring significantly less commitment than permanent dye and typically fading over four to six weeks. The process involves shampooing and rinsing the hair, applying the dye from roots to ends, processing for 30 minutes, rinsing, then blow-drying and flat ironing the hair..
  2. Permanent color is the optimal choice for grey coverage, as the dye penetrates deeply into the cuticle to alter the hair. Results typically last 6 to 8 weeks, while resistant greys may require touch-ups after 4 to 6 weeks.
  3. Full head highlights with foils: Hair is lightened using foils to create a unique color blend. Hair is treated and styled.
  4. Multi- Dimensional Color (per color): Colors used to give a multi-dimensional look.
  5. Multi- Dimensional Color (up to 4 colors): Colors used to give a multi-dimensional look.
  6. Double process color ( from dark to light): Lightening from natural tone of black or brown to lighter tones of brown and blonde.
  7. Color correction: Revive current color or blend out color mistakes.
  8. Toner: Eliminates brassy yellow and green tones out of previously lightened hair.

CHEMICAL:

  1. Relaxer: Nairobi relaxer is applied to straighten the hair. Last 6 weeks includes trim, wrapped or blown straight.
  2. Texturizer: Last up to 12 weeks. Soften the texture of hair. Smoothing out frizz for thicker textures.

SHORT STYLES:

  1. Short style (straight) The hair is washed and conditioned, then molded under the dryer. Hair is styled straight with a slight bump on the ends of the hair.
  2. Short styles (Curly): The hair is washed and conditioned, then molded under the dryer. The is curled and styled.
  3. Add hair (per track): Add hair for fullness and length.

LOC’S:

  1. Start Loc’s: Hair is washed and conditioned. The comb twist , braids, or interlock method is used to lock in the hair. Palmed rolled, then the hair is dried under dryer.
  2. Re -twist Loc’s Maintenance: Hair is washed and conditioned. The new growth is retwisted and dried under the dryer.
  3. Loc style: Styles include barrel twist, braids, two strand twist and updo styles. Also include rod sets.
  4. Loc length fee: Loc’s past elbow length.
  5. Loc retwist & Permanent color: Loc retwist with permanent color for grey coverage.
  6. Loc color (tips only): The hair is lightened to the desired color and toner is applied. Then shampooed and deep conditioned. Tips of the hair only
  7. Loc color Double process (full head): Two part lightening process and color. from dark to light.
  8. Loc color Multi- dimensional color: Two part lightening process and up to 4 colors.

BRAIDS (Natural Hair):

  1. 2-3 Simple Braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. The hair is braided into 2 or 3 braids.
  2. 4-6 Simple Braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. The hair is braided into 4 to 6 braids.
  3. Design Braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. The hair is braided into a creative braided style.
  4. Medium Boxed Braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Individually braided medium sized boxed braids.
  5. Large Boxed Braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Individually braided large sized boxed braids.
  6. Braids & Twist: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Braids & twist are blended into a creative braided style.

BRAIDS ( Extension’s):

  1. 2 braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Then braided into 2 braids with braided hair added.
  2. 4 Braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Then braided into 3 to 4 braids with braided hair added.
  3. Braid style: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Braided straight back braids with hair added.
  4. Design Braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Braided in a creative braid style with hair added.
  5. Large traditional/ Knotless braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Individually braided large braids with hair added.
  6. Partial Large Traditional / Knotless braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Individually braided large braids with hair added. Great option for clients who have an under cut or shaved sides and wants braids.
  7. Medium Traditional / Knotless braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Individually braided medium braids with hair added.
  8. Partial Medium Traditional/ Knotless braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Individually braided medium braids with hair added. Great option for clients who have an under cut or shaved sides and wants braids.
  9. Crochet braids: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Hair is braided and the crochet hair is installed. The hair is already pre- styled.
  10. Crochet style: The hair is shampooed, conditioned then dried. Hair is braided and the crochet hair is installed. Cut & styled

TWIST:

  1. Two strand twist ( Large size): The hair is shampooed, conditioned , two strand twisted and the client dry’s under the dryer. Or blown dry then two strand twisted.
  2. Two strand twist ( Medium size): The hair is shampooed, conditioned , two strand twisted and the client dry’s under the dryer. Or blown dry then two strand twisted.
  3. Add hair
  4. Comb twist or finger twist: The hair is shampooed, conditioned, parted using the comb or finger to coil twist the hair and the client is placed under the dryer.
  5. Flat twist with style: The hair is shampooed, conditioned , either flat twisted wet and dried under dryer. Or blown straight and flat twisted with hair spray. This style can include flat iron styling, roller set, body curls and wand curls.
  6. Flat twist bun ( hair added): The hair is shampooed, conditioned either twisted wet or dry into a twisted bun.

WEAVES:

  1. Full Sew-in (no leave out): The hair is shampooed, conditioned and dried. Braided down and the bundles are installs. Includes cut & style.
  2. Partial Sew-in : The hair is shampooed, conditioned and dried. minimum hair is left out and the rest is braided down and the bundles are installed. Includes cut & style.
  3. Weave touch up: The hairstyle is shampooed & conditioned, placed under dryer and styled.
  4. Partial Sew-in with braid or twist design: The hair is shampooed, conditioned and dried
  5. Sew- in : Half up Half down :The hair is shampooed, conditioned and dried. Top part of the hair is molded into a pony tail and the back is braided for a sew-in.
  6. Quick weave: The hair is shampooed, conditioned and molded under the dryer. Or blown dry and braided. Hair is glued to a cap, cut & styled.
  7. Braid down only: The hair is shampooed, conditioned and dried. The braided to create a foundation for a style.
  8. Pony tail: The hair is shampooed, conditioned and dried. Molded up into a ponytail and hair is attached to create the style.
  9. Wash extensions: Bundles are cleansed and conditioned.
  10. Wig style: Wig is shampooed, conditioned and placed under dryer
  11. Glue: Lace glue for closures or frontal.

TAKE- OUT:

Take-out hairstyles (only): hairstyles are taken out

Take-out hairstyles with wash & dry: hair style is taken out, shampooed, conditioned and blown dry.

HAIR REMOVAL:

Razor: razor is used to clean and groom brows.

Wax: Wax beads are warmed and used to remove hair from brows, lip and chin.
