Location:

Salon address: 1251 Arrow Pine Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273, Suite B 230. When you arrive at the building, turn left and head around to the back. The salon is the second door from the stairs, with a private entrance that’s easily accessible from the parking lot.

Communication:

We’re available during salon hours. We love communicating with our clients. Please use your first call to ask all questions before your appointment. Details about services, policies, and more are on our website and booking app. There’s a Consultation fee applies to calls, texts, or chats after the initial call. Multiple calls from the same client after the first call disrupts scheduled appointments and will not be answered.

Appointment:

Every client is required to schedule their appointment using the booking app with a card on file to confirm the appointment. Download the booksy app and verify card on file payments.

Deposits:

Deposits are used to confirm appointments made by the stylist and requested by the client who does not have a card on file. The deposit amount may vary depending on the service. Deposits are required for appointments over the phone or text to confirm the appointment. The client will be sent a request on cash app for the deposit. If the deposit is not received the appointment will not be confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable

Consultations:

Consultations involve discussing services, pricing, hair, product recommendations, and in-depth hair and scalp analysis. Feel free to bring pictures. We recommend consultations be conducted in the salon. Please note that phone calls or texts with pictures and questions will be considered a consultation. or text sending pictures and asking questions on the phone is considered a consultation. Consultation fees are $15 for a 15-minute session and are waived for clients with same-day appointments.

Late Appointment Policy

If you are running late for the appointment Call and let Theresa know. The appointment will be rescheduled for the same day at no charge. At 15 minutes the client will be charged $15 late Fee. Canceled after 20 minutes.

Reschedule/Cancellation

Reschedule or Cancel the appointment before the cut off time. Cancelations are within 24 hours before the appointment. Fee of 50% will be charged for late/ same day cancelations.

No Show Policy

Charged 50% of the service cost, future access will be denied. Please just cancel the appointment.

Payments/Fees/Refunds

Cash, Cash App, Square, and Apple Pay are accepted with a $4 processing fee, and a receipt will be provided. All payments are required at the conclusion of the service. No Refunds

No Guest /No Pets Policy

If you need to bring someone to the appointment please call and let the stylist know. No pets are allowed at anytime.

Disclosure Policy

If you have any issues, let the salon know within 48 hours. Schedule a consultation and follow-up within a week for a free redo. Take photos if needed, and see a doctor if necessary. The salon will record all incidents, and Aspiring Beauty Salon isn’t responsible for anything not documented. By booking, you agree to bring all concerns directly to Theresa and accept this policy.
