Location:

Aspiring Beauty Salon is located at 1251 Arrow Pine Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273, Suite B 230. When you arrive at the building, turn left and head around to the back. The salon is the second door from the stairs, with a private entrance that’s easily accessible from the parking lot.

Communication:

Call, text or message using square. Give sometime for a response on busier days. Come in as a walk-in.

Appointment:

Schedule online using square for a certain time.

Call or text for appointments and may join the waitlist.

Walk-in- Come to the salon but there may be a wait.

Wait-list:

Join the wait-list for same day appointments or walk-in. The appointment will be scheduled for the next opening. You’ll get confirmation email & text.

Consultations:

For any questions, the best choice is to schedule a consultation. We’ll go over services, pricing, hair and product recommendations, and offer an in-depth hair and scalp analysis. You’re welcome to bring pictures.

Late Appointment Policy

If you are running late for the appointment you can come as a walk-in.

Reschedule/Cancellation

Call to reschedule or cancel the appointment.

No Show Policy

Future access will be denied. Please just cancel the appointment.

Payments/Fees/Refunds

Cash, Cash App, Square, and Apple Pay are accepted with a $4 processing fee, and a receipt will be provided. All payments are required at the conclusion of the service. No Refunds

No Guest /No Pets Policy

If you need to bring someone to the appointment please call and let the stylist know. No pets are allowed at anytime.

Disclosure Policy

If you have any issues, let the salon know within 48 hours. Schedule a consultation and follow-up within a week for a free redo. Take photos if needed, and see a doctor if necessary. The salon will record all incidents, and Aspiring Beauty Salon isn’t responsible for anything not documented. By booking, you agree to bring all concerns directly to Theresa and accept this policy.
