Policy

Aspiring Beauty Salon operates on an appointment-only basis. Please refer to the following information and expectations. Ensure you read and agree to the salon policy before scheduling any appointments. By booking, you acknowledge and consent to this policy. Please sign below.

Clients are expected to be familiar with the salon policy at the time of their appointment. When booking you will be asked if you read and agree to this policy. Ignorance of policy does not exempt clients from adhering to any listed rules.

1* Directions:

Aspiring Beauty Salon is located at 8201 Arrowridge Boulevard. in Charlotte, NC Suite #113. The lobby door is locked until further notice the stylist will greet clients in the lobby at the exact time of the appointment. Please wait for the start time of your appointment to come to the lobby door. (Review the salons 15 minute grace period). Please do not enter with others wait for the stylist to meet you. If you are early please remain in your vehicle until the time of your appointment.

2* Communication:

Aspiring Beauty Salon values effective communication with our clients. To ensure a tranquil salon experience, the salon does not accept calls or texts during scheduled appointments.

  • We encourage clients to use Square Appointments for services, pricing, directions, hours, scheduling an appointment, consultation, or join the waitlist. Clients cancel, reschedule or change their own appointments.
  • One-on-one Consultations in the salon are always the best way to express your needs. Schedule a 15 minute consultation anytime during salon hours.
  • All questions and concern’s are considered Consultation related.
  • Messages using Square in- regards to questions or concerns are considered consultation related questions and will be addressed during the next scheduled appointment or consultation.
  • All communication will be in the salon we do not discuss anything over the phone or though text

3* Appointments:

Aspiring Beauty Salon strives to make the salon experience relaxing and convenient for every client visiting. Create a profile, Select the service, View the price & description, check your schedule and book the appointment. All appointment request must be confirmed by the stylist. The appointment is not valid until it is accepted. The client will receive a text and email confirming the appointment. Appointment reminders are sent 2 hr. before the appointment. We do not accept text or calls for appointments only request through square booking and the waitlist. The client will be directed to the booking app.

  • Please arrive on time for all appointments. (Review our late policy). Come alone to all appointments any guest will be asked to wait outside of the salon.
  • If you are early, Please remain in your vehicle and wait until your appointment time to come to the lobby or in the salon. The stylist will meet you at the lobby door.
  • If you have a disability that limits your abilities in any way, the client will need to bring a licensed nurse or caretaker who is able to assist during the appointment. The stylist is not licensed to assist you.
  • We service clients 11 years old and older. We do not service anyone under 11 years old we are not a children based salon.
  • Always book appointments under the name of the client being serviced and not under any other name. The stylist must know who is in the salon at all times.

4* Waitlist:

Appointment times vary daily, some clients schedule in advance and that day and time may not be available. Join the waitlist and request the appointment. Give your name, the service and the estimated time you would like to schedule. The stylist will check for any openings, If anything is available the stylist will confirm the appointment based on the requested time or the next opening that day during salon hours. If you call or text about last minute appointments you will be directed to join the waitlist. There is no guarantee to a waitlist appointment.

The stylist will deny the request if

*The appointment exceeds the available time that day.

*Nothings available the schedule is booked.

We do not accept phone calls or text in regards to scheduling appointments join the waitlist.

5* Client Profile:

Client profile give clients access to booking appointments, view past appointments, services, pricing, availability, reschedule or cancel appointments. View salon hours, map, and message.

6*Late Policy:

*We understand charlotte is growing, traffic can start at anytime of the day, so plan ahead to be on time. 15 minute Grace period for clients who may be late. Late fee of $15 is charged after 15 minutes. Anytime after 15 minutes The appointment will be canceled no exceptions. Do not call in regards to lateness once the appointment has started. Reschedule for another day, join the waitlist or cancel the appointment. If you try and show up after the grace period still demanding service and have not taken any of the steps to reschedule, join the waitlist or cancel you will be asked to leave and will be blocked from booking.

7* Re-schedule:

*Reschedule anytime before the start of the appointment. When you receive the 2 hr appointment reminder choose to reschedule if needed. Use your client profile to reschedule any appointments.

8* Cancel Your Appointment:

*Cancel anytime before the start of the appointment. When you receive the 2 hr appointment reminder choose to cancel if needed. Use your client profile to cancel any appointments.

9* NO show policy:

No-show appointments deprive other clients of the opportunity to book. It is unacceptable you will be blocked from future booking access.

!0* Payments:

The salon accepts Cash and Cash app . All payments processed through Square incur a $4 processing fee, with a receipt provided. All payments are due at the end of the service.

11* Clients responsibilities:

  • Bring all hair and accessories needed for the service you choose. We do not include hair. Schedule consultation for recommendations. For braid services we do not use human braiding hair.
  • Be respectful to the stylist. Any rude, disrespectful, harassing behavior, excessive calling or texting is unacceptable and will result in no longer having access to booking. This not the way to communicate with the stylist. All appointments are made by the client using square, the stylist accepts and confirms appointments. We do not accept calls or text during scheduled appointments. We have the right to refuse service for any violation in this policy.
  • Express any concerns during the appointment if there are any.

12* Refunds:

No Refunds are not offered.

13* PETS:

No pets are allowed at any time.

14* Disclosure Policy:

When the service is complete the client will view the finished look. At any time a issue arises after the service is complete the client must report their concerns within 48 hours using square messaging. Return to the salon for a redo at no charge within 1 week. In severe cases take pictures, return to the salon for repair, and the stylist will document the occurrence within 48 hours. Seek medical advice if needed. The salon must document all occurrences. Aspiring Beauty Salon is not liable for occurrences or damages that are not documented. By booking the client agrees to handle all issues with the stylist. Any violation to this policy will ban you from booking any future appointments. False claims or slander on any platform is a violation of the salon policy and may result in legal action if its done to damage the salons reputation and business.
