
Great hair await, but before your appointment read Aspiring Beauty Salon Policy. To ensure a tranquil, stress-free visit every client is expected to know and respect the policy set fourth. Not reading this policy doesn’t excuse violating it in anyway and will still be in enforced when neccesarity.

Salon Directions
We are located at 1251 Arrow Pine Drive, Charlotte NC 28273 Suite B230. When you arrive to the building, make a left and come around to the back of the building. Second door with salon logo.
Appointment
Use Booksy to schedule all appointments. Create a profile, view service descriptions and pricing. Check your schedule, add a card on file and book the appointment. No charges are made until the completion of services. Only accept Booksy appointments and do not accept phone or text appointments. Required to use and download booking app. Be sure the appointment is in the name of the client receiving services name. If someone is assisting with booking schedule until their name to avoid confusion at the time of the appointment.
Communication:
Aspiring Beauty Salon is a professional salon that gives scheduled appointments our undivided attention. We require our clients to help maintain a professional environment by scheduling an in salon consultation if you have questions. Why wait, use the Website and Booksy to answer most of your questions. We do not offer phone or text consultations.
Kids/Young Clients Appointment:
Kids 5 years old and older can receive hair services. Must be able to sit and act appropriately in a salon setting. If behavior become disruptive loud excessive screaming or yelling is not allowed and disrupts nearby businesses. In uncontrollable situations the client can no longer receive services and appointment will end. Cancelation fee is charged. Booking any appointments for children be sure they have experience in getting their hair combed, detangled and styled for a period of time.
WAIT-LIST:
NEED A SAME DAY APPOINTMENT, JOIN THE WAITLIST. THE STYLIST WILL CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT IF THERE ARE ANY OPENINGS.
Deposits:
DEPOSIT IS NOT REQUIRED
Consultations:
CONSULTATION ARE THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE STYLIST. EXPRESS CONCERNS, DISCUSS SERVICES, PRICING, HAIR AND PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS. INCLUDING IN-DEPTH HAIR AND SCALP ANALYSIS IN THE SALON. BRING PICTURES AND ASK ANY QUESTIONS. CONSULTATION FEE IS $15 FOR 15 MINUTES. CAN BE WAIVED WITH SAME DAY APPOINTMENT.
Late Appointment Policy
15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, LATE FEE $15 AFTER 15 MINUTES. APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AFTER 20 MINUTES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Reschedule/Cancellation
RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT BEFORE THE CUT OFF TIME. CANCELATION FEE OF 50% FOR LATE CANCELATIONS AFTER THE CUT OFF TIME.
No Show Policy
50% OF THE SERVICE COST WILL BE CHARGED FOR NO SHOWING THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. ACCESS TO BOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE BLOCKED. PLEASE JUST CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT.
Payments/Fees/Refunds
ACCEPTED PAYMENTS CASH, CASH APP, PAYMENTS WITH BOOKSY AND APPLE PAY. $4 PROCESSING FOR CARD PAYMENTS. NO REFUNDS
No Guest /No Pets Policy
COME ALONE TO ALL APPOINTMENTS UNLESS THE CLIENT IS UNDER 18 AND THE PARENT WOULD LIKE TO STAY. PLEASE PARENTS DO NOT BRING ANYONE ELSE WITH YOU TO THE APPOINTMENT, INCLUDING OTHER CHILDREN. ONLY CLIENTS BEING SERVICED CAN BE IN THE SALON.
NO PETS ALLOWED AT ANYTIME.
Disclosure Policy
IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES INFORM THE STYLIST WITH IN 48 HOURS. SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION AND FOLLOW-UP WITHIN A WEEK FOR A RE-DO. THE SALON WILL RECORD ALL INCIDENTS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING NOT DOCUMENTED. BY BOOKING YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY AND WILL BRING ALL CONCERNS TO THERESA DIRECTLY.
